Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged vial or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will issue a replacement or store credit immediately.
2. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of payment if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
